2. No Professional Advice & Safety Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Verification Required: You should always consult with a certified professional mechanic before making significant repairs or purchasing expensive parts based on Calcat's analysis.
- Safety First: Automobile repair involves risks, including physical injury or vehicle damage. We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from your attempt to repair a vehicle based on information provided by the App.
- Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI interpretations of images and symptoms may not be 100% correct.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4. Subscription & Payments
Calcat is a premium application. Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality—including but not limited to our AI models, algorithms, logos, and visual design—are and will remain the exclusive property of Calcat and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Calcat, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
